I came up against a "Don Azteka" who I thought for sure had to be using a modded controller, but then I realized he was an amarr with that bonus to the scrambler cooldown so it made sense how he was able to get so many shots before overheating. It did just feel odd then I killed him 9-10 times in a row so I guess it doesn't matter. Just putting it out there. Who do we know are definitely using these new-fangled controllers? quite alot of people who use dovulle and Scr semi auto use modded controllers but it shows more on the ScR as you can fire like 10 more shots then a human pressing it as fast as they can; can before you hit the overheat wall think it was like 26 for human and like 36 for mod-controller and dont take my word for it some one already posted a thread about it with actual testing and numbers.. i read it maybe 2 or 3 days ago i believe
Its about 16-18 rounds for non-turbo and 25 for maxed out turbo fire

Took a couple of movies, seems my fingers can attain Turbo Controller speed, just scroll down to the latest post in that thread, but my turbo controller maxes out at 26 ish rounds before overheat, i do not see how 36 would be attainable as that is over the RPM of the weapon.

Not physically possible, because in my tests, the Venom X is set at 20 rounds per second, so it should put out 40 rounds, yet sits at 26, unless that was sarcasm and i didnt get it :p
